{"id":10,"date":"2020-02-27T11:26:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-27T11:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/?p=10"},"modified":"2020-03-01T19:25:36","modified_gmt":"2020-03-01T19:25:36","slug":"zonas-de-potencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/zonas-de-potencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Zonas de potencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Cada zona de potencia se entrena de una manera distinta y cada zona, en funci\u00f3n de como se apliquen los entrenamientos, aporta un beneficio al organismo y a las capacidades del deportista<\/h5>\n\n\n<p>Una de las\nprincipales dudas que me surgieron cuando me plate\u00e9 empezar a entrenar por\npotencia (y que a veces&nbsp; todav\u00eda me\nsurgen y tengo que repasar mis notas) fue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfpara qu\u00e9 sirve cada zona de entrenamiento y qu\u00e9 tengo\nque hacer para mejorar en cada caso?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque si no eres\nespecialmente veterano en la materia, ver\u00e1s que por internet todo el mundo\nhabla de zonas, vatios, frecuencias card\u00edacas, etc. con la seguridad de que\ntodos sabemos en todo momento lo que supone cada cosa. Y no es as\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y luego vienen los\nvalores y sus \u00abfluctuaciones\u00bb en funci\u00f3n de la p\u00e1gina web, foro,\nvideo o lo que sea que consultes. \u00bfPero por qu\u00e9 tantas variaciones? \u00bfEsto no\nera una ciencia en la que est\u00e1 cada cosa catalogada? Pues s\u00ed y no. Resulta que\nlos doctores de la materia establecen unos valores basados en estudios a\ndecenas de deportistas y, en base a ellos, fijan unos valores medios. Pero son\neso, valores medios. Esto significa que tal vez yo est\u00e9 fuera de la media y\nhaya par\u00e1metros que seg\u00fan mi gen\u00e9tica y fisiolog\u00eda puedan ser diferentes. Por\neso yo siempre recomiendo acudir a un buen especialista que te realice un buen\nestudio (no son caros, al contrario de lo que solemos pensar) y ah\u00ed es donde de\nverdad nos van a decir cu\u00e1les son nuestras zonas de manera espec\u00edfica y ya de\npaso nos contar\u00e1n en qu\u00e9 somos buenos y cu\u00e1les son nuestras miserias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1cticamente todo se entrena y se mejora, pero no cometas el error de compararte con nadie.
