{"id":16,"date":"2020-02-21T11:34:00","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T11:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/?p=16"},"modified":"2020-03-04T14:59:30","modified_gmt":"2020-03-04T14:59:30","slug":"atl-carga-aguda-de-entrenamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/atl-carga-aguda-de-entrenamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"ATL &#8211; Carga aguda de entrenamiento"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La<strong> Acute Training Load o carga aguda de entrenamiento <\/strong>viene a medir la carga de entrenamiento realizada en la \u00faltima semana, es decir, \u00faltimos 7 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este indicador, <strong>usado correctamente con otros importantes valores como el <a href=\"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/ctl-carga-de-entrenamiento-o-estado-de-forma\/\">CTL<\/a><\/strong>, nos va a permitir saber que nuestros entrenamientos est\u00e1n sirviendo para progresar en mi estado de forma pero, especialmente, tener en cuenta <strong>si mi carga de entrenamiento puede conllevar un sobreentrenaniento<\/strong> y por lo tanto saber cu\u00e1ndo descansar debidamente. Adem\u00e1s puede ser un valor que nos <strong>anticipe posibles lesiones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f3mo manejar este valor depender\u00e1 del entrenamiento que se est\u00e9 realizando y en muchos casos nuestra experiencia nos va a permitir predecir hasta d\u00f3nde tenemos que llegar para acompa\u00f1ar al <a href=\"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/ctl-carga-de-entrenamiento-o-estado-de-forma\/\">CTL <\/a>hasta ese preciado pico de forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Valores \u00f3ptimos del ATL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como siempre se dice, cada cuerpo es un mundo. <strong>Cada organismo es capaz de soportar mayores o menores cargas agudas y cr\u00f3nicas<\/strong>, pero en t\u00e9rminos generales el ATL deber\u00e1 estar por encima del CTL para progresar.
