{"id":19,"date":"2020-02-21T11:35:51","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T11:35:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/?p=19"},"modified":"2020-03-04T15:01:54","modified_gmt":"2020-03-04T15:01:54","slug":"tsb-training-stress-balance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/tsb-training-stress-balance\/","title":{"rendered":"TSB &#8211; Training Stress Balance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>El Training Stress Balance o TSB<\/strong> es el indicador que nos va a permitir <strong>controlar nuestro entrenamiento y establecer los debidos descansos<\/strong> para por un lado no caer en el sobreentrenaniento o lesionarnos y, por el lado opuesto, descansar lo suficiente para recuperarnos de la fatiga y poder <strong>continuar con la progresi\u00f3n propuesta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s, todo esto no es una ciencia exacta. <strong>Cada uno de nosotros tendremos que aprender a manejar los valores \u00f3ptimos<\/strong> en funci\u00f3n de nuestra edad, caracter\u00edsticas y experiencia. En cualquier caso, vamos a ver cu\u00e1les son los valores \u00f3ptimos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo se calcula<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El c\u00e1lculo del TSB es bien sencillo. Simplemente hay que restar el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/ctl-carga-de-entrenamiento-o-estado-de-forma\/\">CTL <\/a><\/strong>menos el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frikisdelabici.com\/site\/atl-carga-aguda-de-entrenamiento\/\">ATL <\/a><\/strong>(aunque recuerda que no hace falta que lo hagas t\u00fa, que ya hay programas como Golden Cheetah que lo hacen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>TSB = CTL &#8211; ATL<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Umbrales del TSB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez m\u00e1s todo\ndepende del objetivo marcado. No tendr\u00e1 un TSB adecuado aquel ciclista que se\nplanifique con un plan destinado al gran fondo siendo corredor de triatl\u00f3n o\nsimilares, y viceversa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos generales <strong>el TSB para un adecuado progreso deber\u00eda estar entre -10 y -30<\/strong>. Si aplicamos sucesivas sesiones con valores negativos por debajo de -30, efectivamente progresaremos m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido pero nuestro organismo lo acusar\u00e1 en gran medida y <strong>terminaremos pegando el petardazo<\/strong>. No digo que por experiencia sea malo superar este valor, pero si lo haces de manera continuada&#8230; Caer\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por contrapartida, si estamos de manera muy continuada por encima de -10, incluso en valores positivos,<strong> corremos el riesgo de perder la forma<\/strong> de manera muy r\u00e1pida y desentrenar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante de lo anterior, e<strong>l tipo de prueba para la que nos estemos preparando tambi\u00e9n es importante<\/strong> para determinar con qu\u00e9 TSB llegar al pico de forma. Un velocista, triatleta, contrarrelojista&#8230; es decir, atletas que necesitan frescura para descargar todo su potencial en un tiempo relativamente corto, posiblemente necesitar\u00e1n llegar a la prueba con un TSB entre -5 y 10 puntos positivos.
